Refund policy

No returns on any specialty / non-standard items of any kind will be accepted.

No returns are allowed without a Returned Goods Authorization Form submitted to your Regional Sales Manager with the relevant invoice copies pertaining to the return.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all materials received in sellable condition.

If items are not received in sellable condition, no credit will be issued.
